RUSHD Made Real began with a father’s mission to help his son make healthier food choices. When my son came to live with me at 13, I wanted to find better alternatives to the sugary cereals and highly processed foods he was used to eating. Unable to find options that met my standards, I started making my own granola at home.

What began as a personal mission grew into a passion for creating delicious snacks with quality ingredients. Today, RUSHD offers thoughtfully crafted granola and plant-based protein cookies, inspired by one simple belief: real ingredients, better choices, and great taste should go hand in hand.

People and culture

Our people are what make us unique. Rather than outsourcing our construction engineers from questionable outsourcing establishments, we provide them with an environment that supports professional growth.

We are strong believers in giving our employees a voice. Our teams are put together with the help of our resident psychologist to ensure maximum productivity and engagement.
